Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed, inspected, and securely packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide, specializing in shipments to North America, Latin America, and other global destinations.
• Standard Tracked Shipping: 7-15 business days.
• Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Shipment
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
